Med logs shown as 'Unknown'?

Case 1. Users’ logs shown as ‘Unknown’ when using Bluetooth

‘Unknown’ appears when data is not synched. Not synching is solved by

-  Confirming Bluetooth is on

-  Keeping MedsOnTime App open

The Smartphone battery life will not be affected.

Case 2. A family member logs shown as 'Unknown'

‘Unknown’ appears when data is not synched. Not synching is solved by

· A family member’s phone not connecting with their Memo Box via Bluetooth;

· A family member’s phone not connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi or cellular;

· A family member’s MedsOnTime App is turned off

Logs will be updated and synched once all of the above is connected or switched on.
